WELCOME TO ARGYLE WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION

ATTENTION: EMERGENCY WATER RESTRICTIONS UPDATE

Due to a major mechanical failure at one of our stations, all outdoor watering is suspended for this weekend, August 6th through August 8th. While we have plenty of drinking water to sustain our system until the necessary repairs are made, the irrigation capacity has been severely reduced.

Over the next week, please keep outdoor watering to a severe minimum, no more than one day a week. We completely understand thet there are trees and shrubs suffering during this time, but we ask that everyone cut back wherever possible and use the most economical/stringent method of watering on a needed basis.

Excessice and/or wasteful watering will trigger Stage 3 water restrictions, which will eliminate any irrigation/outdoor watering entirely. Let's pull together as a community during this time!

Feel free to call out office, at 940-464-7713, with any questions.

IMMEDIATE WATER RESTRICTIONS

Argyle Water Supply Customers,

As of June 30, 2022, we are implementing Stage 1 of our Drought Contingency Plan. Under Stage 1 water restrictions, customers are requested to limit all landscape watering to a maximum of twice a week, between the hours of 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM, with the days being set based on location. Irrigation of landscaped areas with automated sprinkler irrigation systems and hose-end sprinklers is limited to Wednesdays and Saturdays, for customer addresses ending in even numbers, and Thursdays and Sundays, for odd ending addresses. Soaker hoses, handheld hoses, or drip-irrigation systems may be used on any day without a variance. We encourage general conservation practices including limiting or delaying the installation of new landscapes, ornamental fountains, swimming pools, and other uses of water that can reasonably be observed.

Thank you,

Argyle Water Supply
