AUTHORIZATION TO BILL RENTER Description text Argyle Water Supply Corporation is a Member owned, non-profit corporation. The Corporation is funded by the Federal Government through the Farmers Home Administration. Our loan covenants prohibit the Corporation from contracting with anyone other than a member for water utility services. This means that we are prohibited from taking deposits from any person who is renting or leasing property. The taking of a deposit is considered to be a contract. We recommend that you receive the monthly bill for your rental property and collect the payments and send them in to us. We will, with your authorization, send monthly bills to your renter. THIS DOES NOT RELEASE YOU FROM BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL. BY EXECUTING THIS AUTHORIZATION FORM, YOU ARE ASKING US TO BILL YOUR RENTER AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO PAY ANY UNPAID CHARGES LEFT OWING BY YOUR RENTER.
